Kaiser is part of our program and eligible C.A.R. members may enroll the first of any month on a guaranteed issue basis. 

We also offer health insurance options that are very reasonably priced but are not offered on a guaranteed issue basis.

The C.A.R. Health Plan has a June 1st contract date, but any deductibles listed are calendar year deductibles.  Rates for all C.A.R. Insurance Plans will change effective June 1st 2008.  Rates are based on the age of the subscriber and may change during the year if the subscriber experiences a birthday that moves him/her into the next age bracket.  Please review the rate sheets for more information.
