Effective June 1st 2009 C.A.R. will offer Dental, Vision and Life insurance from MetLife and MES. Please visit our Dental and Vision pages for new information. Our next OPEN ENROLLMENT for MetLife Dental will be October/November 2010 for a January 1st 2011 effective date. All eligible C.A.R. Members may join the Anthem Blue Cross of California medical plans during the Bi-Annual Open Enrollment Periods: October - November for a January 1 start date or April - May for a June 1 start date.
If you have a "Qualifying Event" you can enroll within 30 days of that event.
